Fact about fat

Hello peeps,



I seem so stress nowadays thinking complaining I've got from friends and relatives about my weight gain. Stress tahu tak when you used to be in Levis 26 size and now 28 or maybe 29 size. Even my mirror is sick looking at me. 
How can I instantly gaining weight. Simple, I ate junk foods a lot when I was doing my internship. And my metabolism seems doesn't want to tolerate with me. Things become worst when all I did during Ramadhan is eating late at nigh.

Yesterday after thinking deeply, I think I need to do something with my weight before it become worst. So I started my dietary schedule, I've doing sit up exercise 45times a day. Itu je yang mampu and promise to myself I'll increase the number day by day. I controlled my diet, I watch every meal I take and I even calculate the calories in the foods. 

Those who have high metabolism and hardly to get fat, should be grateful. They don't need to struggle with all this rubbish thingy. Diet is so rubbish. 






p/s : living at home when you're surrounded by delicious yet yummy foods is encouraging you to eat twenty four seven.

    2. dulu ada sorang kawan jenis gni.pastu lepas spm dia keje kat burgerking,terus tembam.serius!burgerking mmg ubat utk org2 yg teringin nak gemuk,haha

  2. eh tengok fie ok jee. nampak ok je sesuai dengan ketinggian. nana ni dah lah pendek, memang haruslah kurus walupunnnn perut i muncit. hahaha

    1. Semua pun cakap dah sesuai dengan tinggi, tapi fie nak kurus sikit lagi. hehe. Perut fie pun sama sebab suka minum ais.

  4. huhu..terbalik lah kita fie. I always wanted to gain weight, i did everything i can just to get the ideal weight for my body tapi stakat ni berjaya pn time kt NZ dlu lah. Skrg sejak balik msia ni da turun balik da berat. Da tak larat telan mcm2 dh nk bg berisi sket. Skrg da pasrah T.T diet diet jugak fie, jgn terlebey smpai sakit2 sudah la taw! ^^

    1. InsyaAllah tak sakit. hehe. Tulah pasal Indah, dlu fie okay je dengan berat fie. Dulu ya Allah kemain susah nak naik berat puas cuba memang tak nak naik. Sejak bahagia (ehem ehem) baru lah naik dengan kadar yang banyak. haha.

  5. I got high metabolism... I love eat, but still skinny.. tp takut juga, dalam sedar tak sedar, lemak sedang menyerang organ dalaman yg penting.. huhuhu... All the best sis...

    1. ena kena berat lagi baru seimbang, sebab ena tinggi sangat. Hehe. Jangan lupa jaga kesihatan ye. Jangan makan makanan berlemak ( dah macam doktor). Haha.

    mek kelate ruponyo.

    guano la ore lain sedak naik berat badan.
    kito ni, sebelum poso, gi timbe, berat 63.

    tadi, gi timbe, jadi 58.

    5kilo turun.

    kito runsing berat turun,
    dio jadi tak tentu aroh sebab berat naik.

    jolo doh dae ore pue dok?

      Jadi ore pue gini lah, gemuk sikit habis so kapom gegey. Haha.
