I seem so stress nowadays thinking complaining I've got from friends and relatives about my weight gain. Stress tahu tak when you used to be in Levis 26 size and now 28 or maybe 29 size. Even my mirror is sick looking at me.
How can I instantly gaining weight. Simple, I ate junk foods a lot when I was doing my internship. And my metabolism seems doesn't want to tolerate with me. Things become worst when all I did during Ramadhan is eating late at nigh.
Yesterday after thinking deeply, I think I need to do something with my weight before it become worst. So I started my dietary schedule, I've doing sit up exercise 45times a day. Itu je yang mampu and promise to myself I'll increase the number day by day. I controlled my diet, I watch every meal I take and I even calculate the calories in the foods.
Those who have high metabolism and hardly to get fat, should be grateful. They don't need to struggle with all this rubbish thingy. Diet is so rubbish.
